Just because

This space has been alluding me all week, posts have been written in my head but have not made it to the keyboard.

So this is a quick post just to keep my hand in, so to speak. The equivalent of a little light household dusting.

And a celebration of the most wonderful bunch of flowers.

A gift from dinner guests last weekend, this pink and green combination has been making me smile all week. I think it's spring in a vase.

I think I got my knitting mojo back too, I will tell more soon, there will be pink and green....

Sometimes, it's enough to just mark the passage of time. Especially when you have lovely flower colours to share.

Sometimes a quick toe dip is best to get yourself back in the mood to swim.

The pink and green flowers are so very happy!

Aah, I love tulips so much, my favourite sort of flowers to receive I think. And that pink is so lovely!

I've been doing the same "write posts in my head but not post them" thing this week! Glad to see you're all well - the flowers are lovely!

Such a feast for the eyes. I have just been catching up with all the blogs I follow after my holidays. I came back and had to go on a business trip and things have been busy. I have not done any knitting at all - just don't have the time. I have been working on my crochet blanket because I can pick that up any time and just crochet a square whenever the fancy takes.
